About Us

The beluga whale is a unique beast. This beautiful mammal has adapted to life in the arctic, discarding its dorsal fin to swim under the ice. They’re gregarious creatures and love to party – in summer they gather in their thousands in the warm waters of river estuaries.

Like our beautiful namesake, Pink Beluga has evolved the way property development and management works – we’ve shed our dorsal tie, added a bit of colour and a human touch. Because property is about people. Every office, every apartment, every building we work on is built for people. Pink Beluga is for the people.

At Pink Beluga it is our mission to help provide opportunities for young people to enter the property industry. We are a key scholarship partner of the Keystone Trust, offering a scholarship to a tertiary student studying property at Auckland University. In addition to providing funding for their education, students will work with Pink Beluga during their studies on a part-time basis. Our team work alongside the students providing mentorship, giving them exposure to property development and construction, and helping to create a pathway for employment beyond their studies.
